At Happiness Dham, we currently offer online yoga classes in Bengali for stress relief, healing, and inner peace. Gradually, we are expanding to include mindfulness workshops, yogic retreats, Reiki and meditation certification courses, and spiritual wellness programs to help people live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives.

Our teaching style is simple, practical, and full of love — so that everyone, regardless of age or experience, can embrace yoga and peace effortlessly.
